The Ukrainian winter can be extremely cold, and many families lack proper heating and warm clothing to protect themselves from the freezing temperatures. Due to displacement and conflict, the situation is becoming even more challenging, particularly in harsh winter conditions with temperatures dropping below twenty degrees Celsius.
